Hello,
my partner and I would like to do a two year training program at a wilderness school.
The first petion for the H3 Visa got denied because the training program's curriculum wasn't detailed enough.
The school is getting ready to file another petition for us after straightening out what was missing before.
In order to heighten our chances we are trying to find a successful petition to have as a sample.
If anyone has filed a successful petition or knows a company who has we would be grateful about contact details.
