H4 - Marriage Certificate

Hi All,

To appear for H4 visa interview, we must have marriage certificate from groom's city or muncipal register office or it can be from brides city or muncipal register office as well ?

I am resident of Hyderabad and my would be is from UP and we are getting married in UP and we can get our marriage certificate done in 1 day from UP.
can we produce that marriage certificate when we go for Visa stamping in Hyderabad ?
