Hello everybody,
I have been on H1 since last yr. Couple of months b4 I got my H1 copy from my employer. I noticed that my date of birth is wrong on it.
I asked my employer to apply for change of date of birth, he said that it is very lengthy process need 4 months and some bugs!.
Now he is suggesting me to go for visa stamping to Canada or India. So this would be my first H1 stamping on my passport.
A) Is thr will be any problem if I go for H1 Visa Stamping with wrong date of birth on my H1(i.e 1-94)?
B) Is thr will be any problem if I sponsor visit visa fo my parents with wrong date of birth on H1?
Any suggestions will be appreciate!
