can i start my processing in Jan?any problem?

Iam planning to start my greencard processing,can i apply my LCA now?what are the chances of getting before 1 year?

-- anytime you can apply during your H status. (question is not more clear but I guess you need to apply for GC???). Read more FAQ on immihelp or search on google or take advice of your employer attorney.
