Hi ,
I Applied H1b for this year, it got approved and received I797B from my employer. But now my
Employer is not willing to provide me with client letter/In-House Project Documentation for visa interview. And these are mandatory documents in visa interview and without them there is little or no hope of stamping. So i am thinking about my H1 Transfer .
But have certain doubts about the same:
1)Is H1 Transfer possible in my case as i am in India and never been to US and also my visa is still not stamped?
2) If i go for other employer and apply for my H1Transfer, will my current Employer would come to know about this?
3)If my H1 Transfer will get denied so would it affect my current approval?
means in case H1B transfer got denied , would my current approval remain valid or not??
4)If my H1 Transfer will get denied would that be considered as visa refusal?
so In future if i again apply for H1b ,will i have to mention this as a
visa refused once in DS-156 form.
Please clarify my doubts..Any help would be appreciated...Thanks in Advance
