H1B query

Hi,

I am currently on L1 (company A) status and project will be finished in the decemeber and I'll be transfered back to India.

I have approved H1 petition from company B.

I am planning to go back to India for company A and spend one more year
(mostly 2010) with company A and try to search job in US on H1 (2011).


1. Can I use H1 petition in 2011 if company B dont revoke it?

2. I already spent 3 years in US on L1 visa. If I come back to US on H1, Can I get 6 years validity (first 3 years and with extension 3 years) for H1 or L1 will also be consider?
