  • H1b transfer - need help

    I already have H1b till 2011 from previous organization but now not working with that organization due to layoff.
    Even not get chance to go US & work , i have indian salary slips till May 09

    1) If i found any comp in US can i get H1b transfer ?
    2) if yes after applying petition in USCIS can i immedialty join there in future organization?

    I have other documents like visa approval letter, credential evaluation, etc....
    except salary slips( from US)

    Caz i worked only in India branch.

    Any suggestion

      I came to know from some consultant that after getting H1b if your are not going to US in 90 days then H1b automactically get cancelled. you need to apply a new one.
      Can you clarify this point now I'm confused.

        No, this is not true. You can use H1b visa even after 90 days, and the visa will not be cancelled. Need not to worry.

          What is the right approach to get a job in US?
          I tried it by so wany ways but I think I'm still lacking somewhere.
