I am Vijayalaxmi would be applying for H4 visa now and appear for visa interview after my marriage. My fiancé is working in the US and during his next visit to India we would get married, he would get his fresh H1B visa stamped and I will appear for my visa interview with him. I would like to accompany with him back to the US.
My query is - what should be my response now for the item No.37 in DS-156 form --"Are Any of The Following Persons in The U.S., or Do They Have U.S. Legal Permanent Residence or U.S. Citizenship?" , when technically my fiancé would be in India during that time on 25 days break from his job.
