H1 Canceled without Prejudice

Hi

I got H1B from Company A and never traveled to US on that visa. In fact, I applied for F1 visa same year and got it. But H1 was stamped as "Canceled without Prejudice". Can I use or revoke that H1 visa for a US employer after graduation? the expiry date is June 17, 2010.

What do you mean by this statement? Did you read the FAQs?

I meant can a H1 visa which says 'canceled without prejudice" be used ? or do I have to apply again for H1 under cap?

I didnt find the answer in FAQs.

The visa is void. If you read the FAQs, you may already know that the H1b cap number belongs to you and can be used.
