H1B for 2007-2008 approved petition

Dear All,

I received H1B (with USA employer) and L1 individual (with India based company) in 2007-08. I went for L1 stamping in august 2007 at chennai and received visa for 2 years. Now L1 visa got expired. H1B petition( approved in 2007-08) is valid till nov. 2010

1) I am planning for H1B visa which is approved in 2007-08. can i go.
2) what are questions should i expect in embassy.

Please help with more info.
