I have my H1B approved and i am planning to go for visa interview at the end of Nov.But I don't have any Client Letter or Project documentation of In-House Project.

So if I would go for The interview and VO asked for them , in that situation, if i reply something like:

" Once I would get my visa , i would go to US and their my Employer will provide me with the suitable project"

will the above reply would be fine to VO's questioning about my Client letter/Project Documentation.

Please advice me...Is that fine ? If not what should be my reply ?

It depends on the VO. It is not advisable to go to the visa interview without proper project documentation/client letter.
