H1 Vis Transfer

Hi all,

Am woking with Company A , got my H1 stamped from the same company, i got it an year back and the visa is valid till Aug 2011 ( just the initial 3 years period and the extension of 3 years not included)......Now I'm planning to join Company B , who generally will not transfer H1B's .... My question is, will my visa be valid , if i move to Company C, sometime later???( i mean, can i get it transferred by the company C, say some 2 yrs later)....also, if b4 i join the company C, what if my initial 3 years valid period of my visa gets over???still can i transfer it thru company C r an extension immediate to the visa valid time ( initial) is compulsary?????

Kindly help me getting clarification.

Without H1 transfer you can't work directly for B. It gotta be Corp-to-corp.
You can transfer H1 to any company. You can apply for visa once your H1 is approved.
