Fiscal year 2010 H1B Quota : Last date to apply

Hi All,

I am willing to apply for H1 visa as I have good opporunity from client.
If any one has information about the last date till when the new h1b application can be accepted by USCIS for fiscal year 2010.

I would really appriciate.

2010 quota starts from April 2010.
You can still apply in 2009 quota as it's not full yet.

That would be 2011. 2010 quota is the current one from Oct 09.

Last date is Sep 30, 2010 or the day quota gets filled up whichever comes earlier.
