H1 and H4 visa stamping together

Hi, am getting married this December 2009 and wanted to know if i can get my H1b (stamping for 1st time)and my wife's H4 visa stamped together ? is that possible/safe/advisable ? Please guide me through. waiting for a reply, thanks
