interview letter has some mistake

hi all,
I have booked my visa interview appointment online.

While filling out the forms online, i had selected "an indian citizen resident in US" but in my interview confirmation, it is saying my state of residence is "Maharashtra". My permanant address is not even in Maharashtra but in Gujarat.

I don't know how this happened....
Does anybody know what i should do?

Once the appointment is booked, certain fields will be non-editable. You can cancel the appointment and redo the application forms to book a new appointment date.

You may call up VFS and ask them to make correction for you.

Actually, as per Kabkaba's suggestion I called up VFS and they said that since I am a resident in US, I have 5 choices to select for embassy. Since Mumbai is in state of Maharashtra, by default, it comes that state of residence is Maharashtra. They said it should not be a problem.
