HI I have attend H1 interview yestrday , they have issued 221g for me they need some more documents to approve , If we re submit along with the required documents, any chance to get approval , it has happend to any one could you sggest me .

Search the forum for 221g and you will find that a lot of people have gone through this. Most of them have got their visa stamped successfully after submitting all the documents requested in 221g.
