Spouse name is neccessary to include

Hi my wife is working in USA on H1b,i am planning to go to interview on H4 visa but in my Passport my wife name is not included,is it must to include or Marriage ceritificate,Album is enough..? plz reply to me.

Not a mandatory requirement. Marriage certificate/invitation/photographs should do.
