Applying Tax ID for Spouse and Kid.

Hi,

I came to US on Jan 2008 on H1B.My spouse and my kid came to US on May 2009 on H4 visa.Now i want to apply for Tax-ID so that i can use the Tax-ID to file my 2009 Tax Return.
Could you please tell how to apply Tax-ID for my spouse and my kid?
