h1 stamping after h1 transfer

hi,

I had change my employer last year dec and got new i797 but visa is still with old employer .Is i need to stamp it again and till when .
My visa is valid till sep 2010 and i797 valid till nov 2011.

please reply

No need for new visa when you change employer. Read the FAQ.
