Hi,

My H1B petition is valid until Sep 2010 but I was laid off in Oct 2009, I have applied for L2 visa and awaiting approval.

Now, a company is willing to sponsore me a job (H!B).

1. Is it advisable to process H1B immediately or wait until I get the L2 approval and then apply?
2. Can I process this H1 through premium processing?

The answer yes is for which one

Apply for H!B even before L2 approval comes or
Apply for H1B after getting L2 approval

You can apply for H1 while L2 is still in process.
