H1 Visa

Hello,

My daughter went to USA for higher studies and the student visa was stamped by American Embassy in Kuwait. Now since she has to get her H1 visa stamped, is it necessary that she has to come to Kuwait for the same or she may get it done from India.

If she is resident of India for at least last 6 months, she can apply in India.
