Returning to US after 10 months.

Hello Guys,
I am on H1B. I worked for 2 years and 6 months and went to india for surgery. Due to recession i stayed for 10 months.Now i want to come back to america.I have to search job after comming there. Please let me know what difficulties we can face at port of entry. Your suggeston will be appreciated.

No issues as long as you have a job with your employer.
