Hi,

Currently with Company A and it is my 3rd Year running.In another 8 months i am going to apply for extension.My Current Company A is one of the GreenCard Sponsor.I checked my employer info from GreenCard Sponsor link.It says My Company Tried one GC Case and it is denied.

Please help me to choose the options.

Option a) Staying in the same company and get the extension and applying for GreenCard.

Option b) Transferring to another wellknown company and trying GreenCard.

I am not sure how the forum members can help you here. This is something that you have to decide on your own, since you are the only one who would know about the company that you are working for. The reason for the previous GC rejection could be because of the candidate too.
