I have 10+2+3(B.Sc. in Electronic Science)Yrs of Education and 3 Yrs 5 mnths of Experience. So as of Date am I eligible for the H1 B Visa.
What exactly does a bachelors degree cover for the USCIS?
If they require 16 Yrs of Education can it be compensated by the experience??
