H1 transfer premium RFE

My H1 transfer(submitted 11/15/09) with premium process got RFE for education evaluation. Emloyer sent responce on 11/25.

Does the premium processing time lines will be still 15days with RFE too or will it take its own time as normal processing.

I have a india trip scheduled from dec, 3rd week to jan 2nd week. If I travel to india with old H1, being out country for 3 weeks has any affect on my new h1 transfer.

please advice.

They have 15 days from the date they receive the RFE response. The clock stops once an RFE is sent and restarts once they get a response.
