Study part-time during my H1B

Hi Gurus,

I started my Master's in Fall 2007 and finished off all the required coursework by May 2009. I attended the comprehensive oral exam today and the committee passed me in it however they want me to do a remedial course (3 units ) which is offered in Fall 2010. I have changed my status to H1b (Oct 2009)

My question:

1. Will I be able to finish off that one course as a part-time student?

2. Since my status has changed to H1b, should I re-apply to the university to finish off the course.

3. I am going to my country to get H1b stamping in May 2010. Will the VO ask me any documents regarding this issue, if so will a letter from the department head be suffice.

Please shed your light on these questions.

2. What do you mean by re-apply? For F1? Not needed.
3. Yes. Was your H1b obtained based on your MS degree? If not, no issues.
