Question Regarding H1 Processing

Hi Team ,

I need some information my H1 is in processing but I have a valid L1B till 2011 and presently i am working in US since last year .Can you please let me know that while my H1 is in process if i travel to India on vacation for 3 weeks will it effect that procedure .
Please guide me .
