Documents for H1B Stamping

Hi,
I will be travelling to India to get my renewal of H1B Visa stamped. I am carrying the following documents with me:
1. DS 156 and DS 157
2. Passport
3. HDFC Fee Receipt
4. Original I-797 form
5. Copy of I-129, Copy of Letter from employer describing my duties and Copy of LCA.
6. Appointment Letter
7. 6 months paystubs and prior year tax return form
8. Latest Bank Statement.
9. Diplomas

Could someone who has got their H1B visa stamped let me know if I need to take any further documents? My first H1B visa was stamped in Canada, I will be going to stamp my renewal of H1B.

Also how long does it take to get the passport back through mail? I live in managalore and my appointment is in chennai.

In addition, carry the employment verification letter and a letter from your client if you work at the client location.

Thank you. Do I need to carry my Company's Financial Statements?

Some VO's will ask you a copy of the company's W2. If you can get it from your employer, do carry it with you. If requested and if you don't have it, then they will issue you a 221g form. Your employer can directly send it to the consulate (Some employer's will not give a copy of their W2 to their employees).
