Traveling Outside US

Hi,

I have an expired H1B visa with an extended I94. I am now planning to change companies, I would like to know if that it possibe with an expired visa and an extended I94? If I have to get my VISA extended can I go to Cannada to do that.

As long as you are not traveling outside the US, you don't need new visa stamp. You will need it only when you want to enter back into the US.
