DS156 questions for H4 visa stamping

Hello All,

I am working in US on a H1B visa which expired in April 2009. My wife is on H4. Subsequently, we had applied for extension and the petition got approved for the next 3 years.

My wife is traveling to India in December and will need to get her H4 visa stamped before she returns to US.

She is studying 'part time' on H4 visa in a state university here. I would like to clarify the below specified questions in DS156.

Qn (20) Name and address of present school and employer
Qn (33) Do you intend to study in the US?

Is it ok to specify the university's name & address in Qn (20) and answer 'no' to question (33).

My doubt is that if i specify 'yes' for question (33), that will be like a candidate who wants to study full time on a F1 visa.

Any feedback will be appreciated.

H-4 Visa Holders can study in U.S universities without changing to F-1 Visa status. So, she can answer YES to question 33.
