H1B Extension RFE

Hi there,
I got an RFE ( asked for client letter) for H1 B Renewal - - Employer answered with out client letter in October. The case status is still in Request for Evidence status.

Now my client is willing to give me the letter ...is it possible to submit client letter by upgrading to premium processing ?

Is it a good idea to convert my case to premium processing ? please advise.
