Hi,

My I797C Petition had been approved in 2008, but the employeer did not process saying that job market is down in USA. Now another company approched me and they are saying they can process the same petition I797C . Is it possible that another company can process the same I797C?

What do they mean by processing the same petition? You cannot use the petition approved for one company to work for another. However you can file for transfer by providing a copy of the existing approval notice to the new employer.
