H4 Visa Question

Hi

I am on H1B visa My wife & kid are with me in US on H4 Visa.I Recently change my Employer(2 months back). My wife & Kid is planning to go to india for 1 month visit.Before they come back to US Do they need to get the visa stamped again on behalf of my new employer? If so is it required that I should also bethere with them? Kindly some one let me know the procedure i should follow.

No need for new stamping. They can use the existing visa to re-enter. They just need to carry your latest approval notice.
