Hi Sir/Madam,

I have h1b visa upto 2008-2010 , i used 6 months of this period and went back to my home country because of IT Condition.Now i am planning to go USA.Is it possible to get remaining period also.

Yes.
You can stay for up to 5 yrs 6 months with extensions.

There is typo in my previous message.My question is not about extension after 3 years.My question about i used only 6 months of my original 3 years h1b validity(2008-2010).Is there any way to use remaing period(i lost about 1 year 6 months )period.

Yes, you can still claim unused stay.

So, if you enter US before your visa expiry, you could stay up to 5.5 years with extensions.

If you already spent 1 year outside US, you can stay for 6 yrs.
