I currently hold an H1B from a company that is based in Utah, but the work location is Las Vegas. This is for a part time job (2-10 hours a week). I have not started working for the company yet.
I want work remotely for the company from Arlington, VA (which is where I am residing), and the company is OK with this too. However, a remote location for Arlington, VA could not be added in the LCA, since there was only one space in the LCA for adding a remote location (where Las Vegas was used).
Does that mean I have to file an amended H1B petition to add Arlington, VA as another remote work location? Or, can I simply start working from VA?
