H1B Transfer- Denial - Not Approved

Hi
Can any one please help me in understanding the risks involved in H1B Transfer.

I am currently with Employer A and I want to transfer to Employer B, my H1 Visa
expired on in sept 2009 and Currently I have approved H1B extension Till 2012.

My specific question is if My H1 Transfer is not approved, will my previous H1B approved status will be active or do I need to leave the country.

No issues. You can continue to work for old employer even if transfer not approved, unless it's canceled.

The previous H1B will be active and you can continue to work with employer A if the transfer gets denied.
