I went for H1 stamping at Mumbai consulate on 22nd Oct, 2009. And I got 221g white slip and I was told to go back for interview once they finish all the administration process, I wasnt asked to submit any document.
Then I got email on Dec 8th, 2009 asking me to go for interview with client letter. I went again for interview with the client letter, this time the officer was not the same and they looked my client letter they took it and gave me 221g yellow slip and told me to wait again for their email. And now I dont have to go for interview again, I just have to submit the passport.
My concern is is this happened to anyone else who had white slip and then again yellow slip?
How much time again will they take to verify ? And so what did they verify when I got white slip?
Please give me whatever information you have... It will be very appreciated...
