H1 tranfer to be stopped???

Hi I jus applied for a transfer of H1 to a new company but my old company is forcing me to stay back so I decided to stay back.
My question is How should I proceed with the H1 transfer process? Shd I get it cancelled or shd I leave it alone and continue working here?
My H1 transfer process started a couple of days back.Its not yet approved.
Please help me I am all confused

You can let the transfer go on. You can continue to work for the current employer even after a successful transfer. If the transfer gets approved, then you have the option to decide which employer to work for.

What would happen if the H1 transfer to the second company is RFE'ed or rejected? Will the employee still be considered to be in legal H1 status?
