Hi can any one helpme plz my H1 visa was rejected last 2years back due to my US employer doent submitted sufficient doc'ts, and my wife got her H1 in this yrae and she is working in US,now i am applied for H4 my interview is in Jan2010 so what to do? and what officer will ask in this case? plz help me.
