H-1 B Visa stamping in Canada

Hi,

I am planning to go to India to get my H-1 stamped.But while browsing this website,I came across the link which specified that we can even go to Canada to get the H-1 visa stamped.
I would like to know if this is true now.I was not sure when the article was posted,and hence want to confirm if I can go to Canada in Feb or Mar 2010?
Also,it would be helpful to know how to go ahead with the process?
Please advice which one is better.Going to India or Canada?

If it is your first time H1b stamping, then it is very much advisable to go to your home country. For renewal stamping, you can go to Canada. Check the below link.
