EAD Question

Hi,

I am on H1b visa and have EAD but I got married after filing I 485. I could not add my wife's application as the date is retrogessed. I am still on H1 and if I use my EAD for employment in futre if my wife is on different status (H1b) then can I add her application once the date gets current.

Yes.

Make sure that she remains on H1 because once you are on EAD (Not on H1), she can NOT be on H4.

That means I can add her application once the date gets current.
