H4 H1 at the same time

Hi,
I recently come to US and working here on H1. My wife is in India and she is working there too. She has already H4 stamped.

I am planning to file for her H1 while she is still in India.
My basic question is
1) Having already H4 stampped and filing for new H1 , Is that okey ?

2) If ans. for 1) is ok, how to select a good company who is filing for H1 ?
