I am currently working in India. I got an offer from a US firm A and have also got my H1-B stamped in March 2004. But I couldn't travel to US as the project was cancelled.
Now my current Employer in India wants to send me to US on L1. I would like to know if I will face any problem getting my L1 as H1-B is still stamped on my passport.
Can my current employer apply for my L1 inspite of H1 being stamped on my passport?
Could you pls let me know how should I proceed?
