Hello,
My first six years of H1B will expire on Sept 2010. Since my GC is in process (waiting to apply I485, I140 approved), I got an extension of H1B until Sept 2012.
If I change employer, will the tranfered H1B be valid until Sept 2012 or only until Sept 2010?
Please advise?
