H1b Visa stamping from Canada
Hi All,
I have been in US for 4 years and my current visa has expired. I still have a valid I-797 work permi until 2006 and need to get visa on my passport for travel purposes. I was wondering if anyone has gone to Canada to get it stamped? How safe is it to go to India and get it stamped from there?
I am interested to travel to Canada for this purpose and I understand from USCIS website that people who would have been benefited from the domestic revalidation scheme, will be given prioroty? Has anyone got it done in Canada?
Please help...need to travel urgently.
