Hi every one,
I would like to know some information regarding one quick question.
I got my H1B approval in Oct 2007, i went for H1B stamping in Jan 2008.
After stamping I entered into United States in June 2008.
As of my knowledge,the total time period for H1B visa is 6 years. So, in my case will it be counted from Jan 2008 on the day i got my H1B stamping in embassy (or) will be counted from my date of entry into US ie June 2008.
Please advice me on this. Thanks in advance.
