Hello... I got My i-797 approval on 17th Nov.09 ,PED-10 March 2011 ... H-1B issued on passport on 15th Dec.09 untill 13 Dec.2010... I will not be able to travel to US with my family untill the 7th Feb.(kids schools) ,the Question is: there will be around 2 months since the issued visa... is it OK at the POE , I mean will they say anything about the delay? thank you
