Hi -

I got my H1B visa stamp last week (10th Jan 2010) and I planning to fly to USA next month?

Q. Can I apply for my wife and kids visa while I am in India and take them with me?

Q. If I can apply - What documents I need to have for the interview.

>>> Yes. You should have taken them with you when you went for your H1B stamping. That way, they would have easily got their H4 along with your H1B without having to answer too many questions.

I know but my H1 visa was completed by my company and i was not sure about visa.

Q. Can I attached Indian paystub or i don't have to attached any paystub.

Indian pay slips are not required.
