H1B Petition Transfer, Please Help URGENT

Hi, I have applied for H1B Visa through X company, My petition got approved and I got my EAC receipt number from USCIS. Now in my current company Y they are ready to transfer petition from X to Y.

Questions :

1. Yes means please let me know the steps to process to transfer petition from X to Y.

2. If X not ready to transfer petition if they cancel my petition then any impact for my future in applying H1B or any other visa to US.

3. If X is not ready to cancel they simply keep my H1B petition with them then is there any impact for my future visa's. If I apply H1B for this year quota 2010.

Please guide me in this. Only my petition got approved still I need to go for Visa stamping.
