H1B COS Family immigration Process.

Hi to all seniors,
I am back with some my questions:

I am on H1B since 3years. I not applied still my GC process by my employer.
but my sister will going to apply on COS Family based immigration. did any senior member please guide me that how many years will be taken to get COS for family relation (Blood Relation) based immigration.

can you guys guide me to which is the fast process to get GC, family based or employement based.

What COS are you talking about? H1B to GC? There is no such thing. Whether you want to post the question on the other forum or not is completely upto you.

-- I am planing to apply but thinking that which is faster way, means if my employer is apply my GC is faster, or if my sister will apply for me as on relationship family immigration that is faster. I am confused in this 2 ways to get immigration.
